Use this free tool to validate any sponsorship offer for your YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram videos. Just follow these 3 steps:
- Avg. Views (30 days): Enter the average views your videos receive (typically based on the last 30 days).
- Target CPM ($): This is your target value for every 1,000 views. Entertainment channels usually have a lower CPM than niche channels. You can check your CPM in your youtube studio if you are monetizing, otherwise $7 is a good average for high revenue countries and 1 for the rest.
- Extra Expenses: Don’t forget to add what you spend on editors, music licenses, or specific materials for that video.
- Brand Offer: Enter the potential sponsor’s offer. If the result is “Underpriced,” don’t reject the brand immediately! Use this data to continue negotiating and aim for a better rate “Suggested Price.”
